CAN I REMIND EVERYONE
PLEASE WRITE IN BLOCK LETTERS
PUT MATCH NUMBER ON THE SCORECARD
IF YOU USE A SUBSTITUTE WRITE "SUB" AFTER
NAME
In order to assist me with
the speedy processing of result cards please ensure the following:
1.
Mark clearly on the card:
·
The name of the competition.
·
The number of the match (as
shown on the draw sheet).
·
The date the match was played.
·
Where the match was played
·
Who has won the match?
2.
Make sure that all the player’s names, both winners and
losers are PRINTED on the card.
3.
If a substitute has played indicate same by writing “SUB”
after his name.
4.
In the case of a walkover indicate clearly who has received
the walkover: (e.g. Walkover claimed by Joe Smith).
5.
Result
cards must be received (not just posted) to me within four
days of the match being played. For matches postponed due to an
unplayable green, the result must also be telephoned in to me on the
night of the match.
Failure to comply with this (Rule 9) will
result in both competitors being disqualified.
